തുടർന്നു വരുന്ന പേജിൽ From Date (28/03/2022) ,To Date (29/03/2022) ,No: of Days (2)Month in which Dies non to be deducted (April) , Year (2022 ) എന്നിവ നല്കി Select Employees ബട്ടണ്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക .വലതു വശത്ത് മുഴുവൻ ജീവനകാരുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ കാണാം ഇതിൽ Dies-non ബാധകമായവരുടെ പേരിന്റെ നേരെയുള്ള ചെക്ക്‌ ബോക്സിൽ ടിക്ക് നല്കി കണ്‍ഫേം നല്കുക
ഇപ്പോള്‍ Salary Matters- Changes in the month- Deductions- Deductions ല്‍ /// Salary Matters -Changes in month -Present Salaryല്‍ ചെന്നാല്‍ ഡൈസ്നോണ്‍ കൊടുത്ത ജീവനക്കാരുടെ ഫെബ്രുവരിമാസത്തിലെ ഒരു ദിവസത്തെ ശമ്പളം മാസ ശമ്പളത്തില്‍ കുറവ് ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്ന വിധത്തില്‍ Excess Pay Drawn(000) ആയി ചേര്‍ക്കപ്പെട്ടത് കാണാം.
സ്റ്റെപ് പൂര്‍ത്തീകരിച്ച ശേഷം ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തെ ശമ്പള ബില്‍ പ്രൊസസ്സ് ചെയ്യുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ പ്രസ്തുത ബില്ലില്‍ നിന്നും ഈ തുക കുറവ് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടാകും
ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ Deductions ല്‍ - ഡൈസ്നോണ്‍ കൊടുത്ത ജീവനക്കാരുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വന്നിലെങ്കിൽ Salary matters -> changes in the month -> Deductions എന്ന പേജിൽ Office,Employee എന്നിവ സെലക്ട്‌ ചെയ്തു Deduction ഇനമായി Excess Pay Drawn (000) സെലക്ട്‌ ചെയ്തു വേണ്ട വിവരങ്ങൾ നല്കി insert ചെയ്യുക .
Batch Dies non ഓപ്ഷന്‍ വഴി ചേര്‍ത്തിട്ടും ചിലപ്പോള്‍ Leave Entry യില്‍ Dies non വരുന്നതായി കാണുന്നില്ല. അതായത് Batch dies non വഴി ചേര്‍ത്താലും Leave Entry യില്‍ Dies Non കയറിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നത് നന്നായിരിക്കും.
How To Remove Dies non Entry
Service matters > Personal Details >Leave availed >Delete Dies non entry
ഡൈസ്നോൺ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ പിശക് വന്നാൽ ശരിയാക്കാൻ പ്രയാസമുണ്ടായേക്കാം. അതിനാൽ, ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം. എസ്.ഡി.ഒ യുടെ ഡൈസ്നോൺ പ്രൊസീഡിങ്സ് ആക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ വേണമെങ്കിൽ ഡി.ഡി.ഓ ക്ക് എസ്സ്റ്റാബ്ലിഷ്മെന്റ് ഇന്റർഫേസിൽ നിന്നും അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യാനാകും.
Batch Dies non ഓപ്ഷന്‍ വഴി ചേര്‍ത്തിട്ടും ചിലപ്പോള്‍ Leave Entry യില്‍ Dies non വരുന്നതായി കാണുന്നില്ല. അതായത് Batch dies non വഴി ചേര്‍ത്താലും Leave Entry യില്‍ Dies Non കയറിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നത് നന്നായിരിക്കും.
How To Remove Dies non Entry
Service matters > Personal Details >Leave availed >Delete Dies non entry
ഡൈസ്നോൺ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ പിശക് വന്നാൽ ശരിയാക്കാൻ പ്രയാസമുണ്ടായേക്കാം. അതിനാൽ, ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം. എസ്.ഡി.ഒ യുടെ ഡൈസ്നോൺ പ്രൊസീഡിങ്സ് ആക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ വേണമെങ്കിൽ ഡി.ഡി.ഓ ക്ക് എസ്സ്റ്റാബ്ലിഷ്മെന്റ് ഇന്റർഫേസിൽ നിന്നും അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യാനാകും.
Case Study
An employee drawing a basic pay of Rs. 52,600 on March 2022 participated in the strike for 2 days. His two days basic pay is 52600/31*2 =3394. An amount of Rs. 3394 will be deducted from the basic pay of April 2022 if he is drawing the same basic as of March 2022. Hence basic pay of April 2022 will be 52600 – 3394 = Rs. 49,206. Corresponding changes will be reflected in DA, HRA as per the basic and also in other allowances.
